    Our Guarantee

    Dunno.co.nz guarantees that when you receive your mystery package it will be worth $10 or over (as per Recommended Retail Price). If you find the same product on another NZ website, excluding auction or daily offers websites, where the recommended retail price is less than $10 and total cost of item plus shipping charge is also less than $10, we will refund you the difference. 

     

    Ordering Policy

    You need to be 16 years or older to order. You can order up to 10 different mystery packages per order. All your items in one order will be different from one another. You can, of course, order as many times as you would like but there is no guarantee that subsequent orders will be different items.

     

    Merchandising Policy

    Dunno.co.nz sources from a large selection of products for our mystery packages. This selection excludes any products that are 

    illegal to buy and sell in New Zealand or Australia. Dunno.co.nz will not send any apparent pornographic or gambling materials. Dunno.co.nz will not be responsible any products that are sent within mystery packages that may offend you in any way.

     

    Shipping Policy 

    Dunno.co.nz will not ship to Rural Delivery locations. If a Rural Delivery address location is requested, an alternative address will be requested or the purchase will be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, your Dunno package will be sent within 7 business days after you order. Actual delivery times can vary depending on the size of your mystery package and your location within New Zealand. 

     

    International Shipping

    Dunno.co.nz currently does not ship mystery packages out of New Zealand.However if you think that you are an extra special case please contact us to discuss further.

     

    Return, Exchange or Refund Policy

    Dunno.co.nz will not send any damaged or unusable products in mystery packages. Because of the unique nature in which Dunno.co.nz operates and because of the random merchandising policy, all sales are final; no returns, no exchanges, no refunds. However, if your Dunno package becomes damaged or unusable during shipping, we will send a replacement for the product. We reserve the right for item to be returned, at the buyer's expense, before a replacement can be sent.
